Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 73% yield (2.03 g, white solid) from 1-(6-(3,4-difluorophenoxy)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanone (2.00 g, 7.60 mmol, Step-4) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (1.38 g, 11.4 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
