Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 57% yield (1.08 g, colorless amorphous) from 1-(6-(4-chloro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanone (1.30 g, 5.52 mmol, Step-4) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (1.00 g, 8.27 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
