Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 78% yield (2.16 g, yellows oil) from 1-(5-methyl-6-(4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyridin-3-yl)ethanone (2.00 g, 7.43 mmol, Step-4) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (1.35 g, 11.1 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
