Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 68% yield (347 mg, a pale brown oil) from 1-(6-methyl-5-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyrazin-2-yl)ethanone (350 mg, 1.50 mmol, Step-4) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (217 mg, 1.79 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
