Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 97% yield (7.29 g, a pale brown solid) from 5,6-dichloronicotinic acid (5.00 g, 26.0 mmol) and 2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropan-1-ol (5.16 g, 39.1 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-1 of Amine-1.
