Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 81% yield (5.11 g, white solid) from 1-(5-chloro-6-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropoxy)pyridin-3-yl)ethanone (4.62 g, 16.2 mmol, Step-3) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (2.94 g, 24.3 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
