Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 82% yield (827 mg, yellows oil) from 1-(5-chloro-6-((2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)methyl)pyridin-3-yl)ethanone (720 mg, 2.69 mmol, Step-6) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (489 mg, 4.04 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
