Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 79% yield (2.15 g, white solid) from 1-(6-((4-fluorobenzyl)oxy)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanone (1.94 g, 7.48 mmol, Step-3) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (1.36 g, 11.2 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
