Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 81% yield (1.38 g, pale yellow solid) from 4-methyl-5-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropoxy)picolinaldehyde (1.20 g, 4.79 mmol, Step-5) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (872 mg, 7.19 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-6 of Amine-49.
