Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 90% yield (688 mg, yellow oil) from 5-(cyclopropylmethoxy)-4-methylpicolinaldehyde (495 mg, 2.59 mmol, Step-5) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (471 mg, 3.88 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-6 of Amine-49.
