Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 74% yield (1.10 g, pale yellow solid) from 5-(2,2-difluoropropoxy)-4-methylpicolinaldehyde (1.01 g, 4.68 mmol, Step-5) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (851 mg, 7.02 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-6 of Amine-49.
