Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 74% yield (928 mg, yellow solid) from 1-(6-(2,2-difluoropropoxy)-5-methylpyridazin-3-yl)ethanone (860 mg, 3.74 mmol, Step-5) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (679 mg, 5.60 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
