Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 66% yield (971 mg, colorless oil) from 1-(3-methyl-4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl)ethanone (1.00 g, 4.58 mmol, Step-2) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (833 mg, 6.88 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
