Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 81% yield (1.41 g, colorless oil) from 1-(3-chloro-4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl)ethanone (1.20 g, 5.03 mmol) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (914 mg, 7.54 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
