The title compound is prepared in 54% yield (1.54 g, white solid) from methyl 3-chloro-4-hydroxybenzoate (2.00 g, 10.7 mmol) and 2,2-difluoropropyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (6.11 g, 26.8 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-1 of Amine-10.
