The title compound is prepared in 87% yield (947 mg, colorless oil) from 2-((5-chloro-6-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropoxy)pyridin-3-yl)methyl)isoindoline-1,3-dione (1.61 g, 4.00 mmol, Step-2) in a similar manner to Step-5 of Amine-12.
