Procedure

The title compound was prepared as described in Example 1A, substituting (5)-(tetrahydrofuran-3-yl)methanamine for 3-methylbutan-1-amine and 4-(imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-6-ylmethylcarbamoyl)benzoic acid for 4-nitrobenzoic acid. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 9.15 (t, J=5.8 Hz, 1H), 8.68 (t, J=5.7 Hz, 1H), 8.49 (bs, 1H), 8.03-7.85 (m, 5H), 7.58-7.50 (m, 2H), 7.23 (dd, J=9.1, 1.7 Hz, 1H), 4.49 (d, J=5.8 Hz, 2H), 3.80-3.56 (m, 4H), 3.48 (dd, J=8.5, 5.2 Hz, 1H), 3.28-3.17 (m, 1H), 2.03-1.87 (m, 1H), 1.68-1.46 (m, 1H), 1.37-1.09 (m, 1H); MS (ESI(+)) m/e 379 (M+H)+.
