To a solution of compound 61b (200 mg, 0.371 mmol) in 5 mL of DCM at rt was added TFA (2.00 mL, 26.1 mmol). After stirring at rt for 6 h, the mixture was concentrated in vacuo and the residue was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel (0:1-1:9 MeOH-DCM) to afford the title compound 107 (with 1 eq of TFA) as a bright yellow solid. 1H-NMR (CDCl3; 400 MHz) δ 8.97 (br. s., 1H), 8.35 (br. s., 2H), 7.88-8.05 (m, 2H), 7.65-7.79 (m, 2H), 7.51-7.65 (m, 1H), 6.16 (d, J=5.6 Hz, 1H), 4.09 (br. s., 4H), 3.90-4.03 (m, 4H), 3.19 (br. s., 2H), 2.84 (br. s., 2H), 1.93 (br. s., 2H), 1.78-1.89 (m, 2H). Mass spectrum (ESI, m/z): Calcd. for C27H26N6O3, 483.5 (M+H). found 483.4.
