Reaction Steps

The preparation took place in analogy to Example 33 (B), using 401 mg of 2-chloro-N-(3-methyl-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-benzamide. The reaction mixture was diluted with water and extracted with dichloromethane. The organic portion was concentrated under reduced pressure and purified by MPLC (4 g SiO2, dichloromethane/methanol=99/1→50/50) to give the title compound.
