The title compound was prepared N-[4-(2-amino-1,3-thiazol-4-yl)phenyl}acetamide (63 mg) and 4-bromo-5-chlorothiophene-2-sulfonyl chloride (80 mg) as described in the synthetic METHOD B to give a white solid (11.7 mg) with purity >80%: MS (pos) m/z 491.9, 493.9.
