A solution of (S)-3-methyl-4-(1-methyl-5-(4-nitrophenyl)-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)morpholine (122.4 mg, 0.345 mmol) dissolved in anhydrous THF (15 mL) was subjected to a continuous flow hydrogenated apparatus (H-Cube: 10% Pd/C cartridge, 1.0 mL/min flow). The crude was concentrated in vacuo and purified by column chromotagraphy (Si-PPC, gradient 0 to 100% EtOAc in heptane) to give the desired product as a yellow foam (92.0 mg, 82.1%). LC-MS m/z (method A)=325.4 [M+H]+, RT=1.34 min.
