Procedure

3-Amino-5-(3-hydroxy-2-methyltetrahydrofuran-3-yl)thiophene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester and dimethoxymethyldimethylamine were reacted by method B. The product with the molecular weight of 312.39 (C14H20N2O4S) was obtained in this way; MS (ESI): 313 (M+H+).
