Reaction Steps
3-[4-(4-Methyl[1,4]diazepan-1-yl)phenyl]-6-(tetrahydropyran-4-carbonyl)-3H-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4-one and sodium borohydride were reacted by method Y. The product with the molecular weight of 454.60 (C24H30N4O3S) was obtained in this way; MS (ESI): 455 (M+H+).
