Procedure

5-(tert-Butyl-diphenyl-silanyloxymethyl)-3-(dimethylamino-methyleneamino)-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester was reacted with [1-(4-Amino-phenyl)-pyrrolidin-3-yl]-dimethyl-amine by method A1. The product with the molecular weight of 608.87 (C35H40N4O2SSi) was obtained in this way; MS (ESI): 609 (M+H+).
