Lithium citrate and cobalt nitrate were mixed at a mol ratio of 1:3 to obtain a mixture, citric acid was added to the mixture, and the resultant was dissolved in ion-exchanged water to obtain a solution. The solution was sprayed in an air stream of 200° C. to obtain a Li-Co oxide precursor fine powder.
