To a solution 3-morpholino-7-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)-1-fluoro-10-Boc-phenothiazine (150 mg) in dichloromethane (10 mL) HCl (2 mL, 4 M solution in 1,4-dioxane)) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred at 40° C. for 3 h. Solvent was removed under vacuum. Product was purified by flash chromatography.
