To a solution 3-(4-Boc-1,4-diazepan-1-yl)-7-morpholino-1-fluoro-10-Boc-phenothiazine (0.8 g) in dichloromethane (10 mL) HCl (2 mL, 4 M solution in 1,4-dioxane)) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred at 40° C. for 3 h. Solvent was removed under vacuum. Product was purified by flash chromatography.
