4-Chloro-2-methyl-5-phenylisothiazol-3(2H)-one 1,1-dioxide (70 mg, 0.27 mmol) and 4-morpholinoaniline (97 mg, 0.54 mmol) in MeCN (2 ml) was heated in a microwave reactor at 140° C. for 15 mins, then at 140° C. for 15 mins. The mixture was purified by preparative HPLC (Kromasil-column C8, 0.1M NH4OAc/MeCN, gradient) to give the title compound (46 mg, 42%); 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 7.10-7.23 (m, 6H), 6.58-6.63 (m, 2H), 6.49-6.55 (m, 2H), 3.77-3.83 (m, 4H), 3.27 (s, 3H), 2.96-3.01 (m, 4H); Mass Spectrum: M+H+ 400.
