The benzoimidazole from step (b) above (210 mg, 0.7 mmol), 1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)piperazine hydrochloride (187 mg, 0.8 mmol, Example 3b) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.28 mL, 1.6 mmol, Aldrich) were reacted under the conditions of Example 3c to give the title compound as a white amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 461 (M+1).
