The reaction of 1-(5-chloropyrimidin-4-yl)piperazine trifluoroacetic acid salt (0.414 g, 0.97 mmol, Example 33d), 4-bromo-2-chloro-6-trifluoromethyl-1H-benzoimidazole (0.29 g, 0.97 mmol, Example 9b) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.5 mL, 2.91 mmol, Aldrich) under the conditions of Example 1d gave the title compound as an amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 461 (M+1).
