(2-Piperazin-1-ylpyridin-3-yl)methanol (0.48 g, 2.5 mmol, Example 46a) reacted with 4-bromo-2-chloro-6-trifluoromethyl-1H-benzoimidazole (0.60 g, 2 mmol, Example 6b) under the conditions of Example 3c to give the title compound as a white amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 456 (M+1).
