4-{6-Trifluoromethyl-2-[4-(3-trifluoromethyl-pyridin-2-yl)-piperazin-1-yl]-1H-benzoimidazol-4-yl}-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester from step (a) above reacted with trifluoroacetic acid under the conditions of Example 146c to give the title compound. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 500 (M+1).
