Reaction Steps
A mixture of (3R)-1-(3-chloro-5-methoxymethyl-pyridin-2-yl)-3-methyl-piperazine from step (b) above (153 mg, 0.6 mmol) and 2-chloro-6-trifluoromethyl-1H-benzoimidazole (153 mg, 0.48 mmol, Example 1c) in dioxane (2 mL) reacted under the conditions of Example 3c to give the title compound. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 440 (M+1).
