Reaction Steps
A mixture of 2-chloro-6-trifluoromethyl-1H-benzoimidazole (88 mg, 0.4 mmol, Example 1c) and N-[5-chloro-6-[(3R)-3-methyl-piperazin-1-yl]-pyridin-3-ylmethyl]-N-methyl-acetamide from step (b) above (148 mg, 0.5 mmol) in ethanol (2 mL) reacted under the conditions Example 3c to give the title compound. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 481 (M+1).
