Dess-Martin periodinane (25 g, 60 mmol) was added to a solution of 75.1 (17 g crude, ˜50 mmol) in DCM (200 mL). After 1 hour, the reaction mixture was concentrated with silica gel and chromatographed (silica gel, 1:2 EtOAc/hexane) to obtain compound 75.2 (5.74 g, 21 mmol). MS ESI (pos.) m/e: 274.1 (M+H).
