The titled compound was prepared by reacting ethyl 1-(3-bromophenyl)-5-methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate (from Step 1 of EXAMPLE 1) with 2-(Trifluoromethoxy)phenylboronic acid (from Step 3 of EXAMPLE 1) under the reaction condition described in Step 4 of EXAMPLE 1.
