Using an adaptation of the method described in Procedure 12, substituting N-{2-[9-(8-aza-bicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-yl)-9H-xanthen-3-yl]-phenyl}-acetamide, 7b for 3-(3-pyridin-3-yl-9H-xanthen-9-yl)-8-aza-bicyclo[3.2.1]octane, 3b, title compound N-{2-[9-(8-furan-2-ylmethyl-8-aza-bicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-yl)-9H-xanthen-3-yl]-phenyl}-acetamide, 13b was obtained as a TFA salt. MS m/z (MH+) 505.2.
