To a solution of 9-[8-(2,2,2-trifluoroacetyl)-8-aza-bicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-yl]-9H-xanthene-3-carbonitrile, 3j (0.35 g; 0.848 mmol) in DMF (10 mL) were added sodium azide (0.165 g, 2.54 mmol) and ammonium chloride (0.136 g; 2.5 mmol), and the mixture was heated at 120° C. for 3 h. The mixture was allowed to cool to rt, poured into water, and the solid was separated via filtration, yielding 0.33 g (86%) of title compound 2,2,2-trifluoro-1-{3-[3-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)-9H-xanthen-9-yl]-8-aza-bicyclo[3.2.1]oct-8-yl}-ethanone, 4j
