To a solution of the compound of Example 1 (100 mg, 0.5 mmol) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (77 mg, 0.6 mmol) in dichloromethane, under nitrogen, was added 4-methoxybenzyl bromide (151 mg, 0.75 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 90 min and water (10 ml) was added. The layers were separated, and the aqueous layer washed with dichloromethane (15 ml). The combined organics were dried (MgSO4) and concentrated in vacuo.
