Prepared analogously to Example 4.13.a. starting from 0.66 g (2.00 mmol) of 2-bromo-1-fluoro-4-nitrobenzene and 0.40 mL (3.00 mmol) of 2-diethylaminoethanol. Yield: 0.95 g (100% of theory); C12H17BrN2O3 (M=317.185); calc.: molecular ion peak (M+H)+: 317/319; found: molecular ion peak (M+H)+: 317/319; Rf value: 0.50 (silica gel, dichloromethane/methanol (9:1)).
