A solution of 28E (265 mg, 0.39 mmol) and Pd/C (10%, 40 mg) was stirred under H2 (1 atm) for 15 h. The reaction was filtered through Celite and concentrated to yield 28F (126 mg, 99%) as a yellow oil. MS (ESI) m/z 328.29 (M+H)+.
