Reaction Steps
A solution of 28G (225 mg, 0.32 mmol) in THF/MeOH/EtOAc (1:1:1) and HCl (1.0 M, 1.5 mL) with Pd/C (50 mg, 10%) was stirred under H2 (60 psi) for 20 h. The mixture was filtered through Celite and concentrated in vacuo to yield 28H (160 mg, 83%). MS (ESI) m/z 568.3 (M+H)+.
