Reaction Steps
The title compound (5.30 g, 85%) was prepared from (6-Bromo-pyridin-2-yl)-(4-chloro-7-isopropyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)-methanone (8.0 g, 21.3 mmol) by procedures analogous to those described for the preparation of (4-Amino-7-isopropyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)-(5-amino-pyridin-3-yl)-methanone. MS: 297.1 (MH+); HPLC Rf: 370 min. (HPLC method 4); HPLC purity: 100%.
