To a solution of Boc protected product from example 773 in DCM was added TFA and stirred at room temperature for 3 h. The solvent and excess TFA was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residual TFA was removed by co-evaporating with toluene to give title product as trifluoroacetate salt. 1H NMR δ (CD3OD), 8.35 (s, 1H), 7.84-7.82 (m, 1H), 7.50-7.40 (m, 2H), 4.40 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 2H), 4.00-3.90 (m, 1H), 1.80-1.70 (m, 4H), 1.41-1.37 (m, 4H), 1.32-1.30 (m, 3H), 1.20 (s, 3H); LC-MS [M+H]+ 517.1
