Procedure

Compound 19 (0.61 g, 1.06 mmol) in NH3 /MeOH (40 ml) was stirred at room temperature overnight. The solvent was evaporated and the residue was purified on preparative plates using MeOH/CHCl3 (20%) to give pure compound 21 (0.185 g, 66.5%) as yellow foam.
