It is prepared from (2,6-dimethyl-phenyl)-(4′-methyl-4-phenylamino-[1,4′]-bipiperidinyl-1′-yl)-methanone and 4-bromomethyl-benzoic acid methyl ester using a procedure as described for Example 52 of PCT/EP02/03871. MS/ESI 554 [M+H]+. (2,6-Dimethyl-phenyl)-(4′-methyl-4-phenylamino-[1,4′]bipiperidinyl-1′-yl)-methanone used as starting material may be prepared using a procedure similar to that described in Example 51a-e of PCT/EP02/03871.
