Reaction Steps
Dissolve the compound of Example 9 (104 mg, 0.17 mmol) in dichloromethane (3 mL) and add 2M HCl in ether (400 μL, 0.8 mmol). Remove the solvent in vacuo to yield 81 mg of the title compound (73%): mass spectrum (ion spray): m/z=618.3 (M+H—HCl).
