Reaction Steps
A procedure similar to that used for the preparation of 1-(4-(4-(3-oxa-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-8-yl)-6-((dimethylamino)methyl)pyrimidin-2-yl)phenyl)-3-methylurea was used, substituting ethylisocyanate for methylisocyanate, to provide the mono-TFA salt of 1-(4-(4-(3-oxa-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-8-yl)-6-((dimethylamino)methyl)pyrimidin-2-yl)phenyl)-3-ethylurea (0.014 g, 21%) as a white solid. MS: 411.4, M+H.
