A solution of Intermediate 23c (290 mg, 0.725 mmol) and TFA (3 mL) in DCM (4 mL) was stirred at RT for 1 h. The reaction mixture was applied to an SCX-2 cartridge (10 g) and washed with MeOH. The product was eluted with 2M NH3 in MeOH; concentration in vacuo gave the title compound (190 mg, 86%). LCMS (Method 1): Rt 2.29 min, m/z 301 [MH+].
