To 26.5 mg (0.10 mmol) 1-[4-(4-ethoxy-phenylethynyl)-phenyl]-ethylamine (I63) in 2.00 mL acetone are added 47.7 mg (0.45 mmol) Na2CO3 and 10.2 μL methyl chloroformate. The reaction mixture is stirred at 40° C. for 3 h. After cooling down to r.t. the reaction mixture is filtered and the solvent is removed in vacuo. The residue is purified by HPLC (MeOH/H2O/TFA).
